Do you find yourself having a multi-tasking problem?
Do you find yourself with too many projects on your hands?
Consider using this simple acronym when identifying your next project.
Is your project specific enough enough? Have you done the research to identify the root cause? Ask yourself if your project is measurable. In order to find solutions you need to be able to measure the results. How achievable is your project? Do you have the resources of time and dollars to achieve the outcome. It is vital to ask yourself how relevant your project is? Does your project fall within the KPIs that guide your organization. Lastly, do you really have the time to take on another project? Or better, ask yourself, how much time will it take to accomplish the project.
