- Anonymity – People feel like their leaders don’t know or care about what they are doing.
- Irrelevance – When people don’t understand how their job makes a difference.
- Immeasurement – When people cannot measure or assess for themselves the contribution they are making.
We all like to win. We forget that we need to be able to win in all facets of our life including our job.
